IT Pro Partner LLC supports the networks, phones, and computers that small and mid-sized organizations in coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry run their business on.
How we work
We are deliberately small and deliberately local. The person who designs your network is the person who supports it, and the person who answers the phone when it breaks can see your environment before you finish describing the problem.
That constraint shapes what we take on. We would rather support twenty environments properly than two hundred badly, and we will tell you when a job is outside what we do well.
Three commitments
- Documentation belongs to you. Diagrams, credentials, and configuration records are handed over, not held hostage.
- We recommend against our own revenue when it is the right call. If your current equipment has years left, replacing it is not the recommendation.
- No surprise invoices. Work outside the agreement is quoted and approved before it starts.
Where we work
Savannah and the surrounding region, including Chatham, Bryan, Effingham, Liberty, and Beaufort County across the state line. Remote support covers clients anywhere we can reach a machine.
