Network & connectivity
Networks built to be supported, not just installed
Design, installation, and ongoing management for office networks, multi-site links, and wireless infrastructure — documented so the next person can actually work on them.
What we build and support
Network design and installation
Firewall, switching, wireless, and addressing designed as one system. We document the topology, label the patch panels, and hand over credentials in a form you control, because undocumented networks are the reason IT support takes three times as long.
Wi-Fi that covers the building
Site survey, access point placement, and channel planning for offices with thick walls, metal shelving, or a warehouse floor. Guest networks are separated from business traffic so a visitor's laptop cannot reach your file server.
Security segmentation
VLANs and firewall policy that separate phones, point-of-sale, cameras, guest devices, and staff machines. If a device is compromised, the damage stays in its own segment instead of spreading across the office.
Multi-site and remote access
Site-to-site tunnels between locations, VPN for remote staff, and routing that keeps traffic on the right path. We also support wireless ISP and tower infrastructure, including backhaul links and remote monitoring of the radios.
Internet and carrier procurement
We compare circuits, quote them, and manage the install. That includes handling the carrier when the install slips, the circuit is provisioned wrong, or the bill does not match the contract.
Ongoing monitoring
Switches, access points, firewalls, and links are monitored continuously. A dead uplink or a flapping radio opens a ticket without anyone calling us.
How a network project runs
Assessment, design, install, documentation, handover. You keep every diagram and password.
Walk the site
Existing cabling, carrier demarc, rack, wireless coverage, and the devices that must stay online.
Design
Topology, addressing, VLAN plan, hardware list, and a fixed quote for the work.
Install
Scheduled around business hours, with a cutover plan and a rollback if the new path misbehaves.
Document
As-built diagrams, credentials in your possession, and monitoring enabled before we leave.
Network giving you trouble?
We will look at it and tell you what is actually wrong, including when the answer is "the carrier."
