Make a payment
Card payments and recurring authorizations are handled through a secure hosted payment page, not by email or a form on this site.
How payment works
We do not accept card numbers by email, in a web form, or over chat. Card data sent that way cannot be protected, and we will not ask you to send it.
Instead, we issue a secure payment link from our payment processor. The link is unique to your invoice or authorization, works once, and expires. You enter the card details on the processor's page, and we receive a confirmation rather than the number.
Requesting a payment link
- Send a message using the form, or call (888) 801-1173.
- Tell us the invoice number, or that you need a recurring authorization set up.
- We send the secure link from our processor to the email address on file.
Authorizations can be scheduled for a specific date, set to recur monthly, or used for a one-time payment.
Need a receipt or a copy of an invoice?
Email support@itpropartner.com with the invoice number and the billing contact, and we will resend it.
